Receive your journal that features a thin cardboard strip and outside sublimation cover. . Set your press to 360 degrees and press for 60 seconds, medium pressure (varying press settings apply). Peel off the brown paper from both sides of the notebook, making sure your photo is not upside down. Insert the book into the outside cover and press.
