Refund policy

 

Due to the nature of our products refunds and exchanges are not allowed. If you feel your product is faulty you will have to contact us immediately with pictures, your application process, Time and temp information, type of ink, paper used, design program, type of printer and printer settings. Any and all issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. If it can be determined that the flaw or issue is not user error then and only then can a refund, discount or rebate can be applied at our discretion.      

If items are flawed or broken pictures will need to be provided before refund of any kind (at our discretion) example but not limited to unusable items, missing parts, malfunctioning parts, tears in fabric, large scratches, large dings or dents etc. all issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. We try our best to look over all products that we ship to help avoid these issues.  

 

If there are any issues, we can warrant the first product. (At our discretion)

Example: person purchases 5 tumblers and does not get desired results and continues to sublimate on the remaining 4 without contacting us . If it is determined that the tumblers are of a poor batch, then we can only give credit for the first tumbler. Poor batches can happen but are rare compared to improper technique or equipment that goes against manufacture recommended time and temps.

We pride ourselves on providing fast shipping and the best customer service in our industry and will work with all our customers the best we can to provide a great experience with even better results.

Unfortunately, we cannot pay for application errors, but we can provide customer and product support to help prevent this from happening in the first place.

 If unused blanks are shipped back to us (customer paid shipping) we can give a full refund of unused and returned items from original order minus shipping costs.

Cancelations:

 You can only cancel an order before it is processed. We do not cancel or refund any delayed or already shipped items.

We ship with USPS and UPS  all items are tracked and insured for our protection. The time it takes to receive a package depends on your method you choose. Free shipping is shipped using the lowest cost available.  Unfortunately due to the  united states postal and UPS service requesting the damaged items being turned in, If your items arrive damaged due to USPS or UPS you will have to make the claim,
