These flags should specifically say "MINI" car flag! These will not work because they are too small. I should have looked at the measurements, however I never realized there are actually "MINI" WINDOW CAR FLAGS! No returns! Definitely moving on to another place to purchase my blanks!
We are very sorry that you were not happy with the car flags, we do have text descriptions as well as photos showing the exact size of them, and they are good quality flags. Our vendor only offers this size flag and to our knowledge this is the standard size and anything larger would be a large window flag. We would accept returns if the items are shipped back to us but we cannot pay for the shipping on an issue that was not our fault. We have always worked with customers that reach out to us with product issues. We are a family ran business (not Amazon) and we are consumers as well, we do our best to come to a fair resolution for both parties. If you would like to mail them back we are more than happy to give you a full refund after we receive the flags. Thank you
