Manufacture recommends subbing at 356 F for 60 seconds light to med pressure and using Teflon sheet above your blow out paper. We recommend using the time and temps that you have the best success with when subbing on pre subbed materials. All equipment is different and can have a temp variance of 5-20 degrees.
